知识经济时代,知识型员工是企业的核心资本。如何对具有不同人格特质的员工实施差异化的激励,从而实现组织绩效,是企业人力资源管理面临的难题。利用心理学中的“大五模型”以及博弈论中的“智猪博弈”模型来分析知识型员工人格激励的因素及特点,有助于解决这一难题。
In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge workers are the core capital of the enterprise. How to implement differentiated incentives for employees with different personality traits in order to achieve organizational performance is a difficult problem faced by enterprise human resources management. It is helpful to analyze the factors and characteristics of the personality motivation of knowledge workers by using the “Big Five Model” in psychology and the “Chi Pig Game” model in game theory.
