以圆弧齿轮传动的小齿轮齿数、法面模数、螺旋角及齿宽的均值为设计变量 ,以两圆弧齿轮的体积之和最小为目标函数 ,应用模糊设计理论和可靠性设计理论 ,建立了双圆弧齿轮传动的模糊可靠性优化设计的数学模型 ,采用遗传算法对其进行优化 ,结果表明 ,效果很好
Taking the mean value of pinion gear number, surface modulus, helix angle and tooth width as the design variables, the objective function is to minimize the sum of the volumes of the two arc gears. By applying the fuzzy design theory and the reliability design theory, The mathematic model of fuzzy reliability optimization design of double arc gear transmission is established, and the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the model. The result shows that the method is effective
