采用常规固相反应法制备了不同Sr掺杂量的钙钛矿氧化物La1 -xSrxCoO3材料。测试了该材料的XRD和XPS谱 ,研究了不同热处理工艺对La1 -xSrxCoO3材料平均晶粒度的影响 ,研究了不同Sr掺杂量的La1 -xSrxCoO3阴极材料表面的化学状态。结果表明 ,当热处理温度在90 0~ 12 0 0℃时 ,平均晶粒度较大 ,有利于形成多孔电极。随着Sr掺杂量的增加 ,La(3d5/2 ) ,Co(2p3/2 )的结合能下降 ,氧空位浓度增加
The perovskite oxides La1-xSrxCoO3 with different content of Sr were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The XRD and XPS spectra of the La1-xSrxCoO3 cathode materials were tested. The effects of different heat treatment processes on the average grain size of La1-xSrxCoO3 materials were investigated. The chemical states of La1-xSrxCoO3 cathode materials with different Sr contents were studied. The results show that when the heat treatment temperature is 90 0 ~ 1200 ℃, the average grain size is larger, which is conducive to the formation of porous electrodes. With the increase of Sr doping amount, the binding energy of La (3d5 / 2) and Co (2p3 / 2) decreased and the oxygen vacancy concentration increased
