《幼儿园教育指导纲要》的贯彻和实施,标志着我国幼儿教育进入了一个全新的阶段,也对幼儿教师的职业心理素质提出了更高的要求。但就农村而言,幼儿教师的职业心理素质尚不令人乐观,因此,提高农村幼儿园教师的职业心里素质是农村幼儿获得良好早期教育的重要保证。
The implementation and implementation of the “Guidance Outline for Kindergarten Education” indicates that our preschool education has entered a completely new stage and also put forward higher requirements on the preschool teachers’ professional psychology. However, as far as rural areas are concerned, the professional psychological quality of kindergarten teachers is not yet optimistic. Therefore, improving the vocational quality of kindergarten teachers in rural areas is an important guarantee for early childhood education in rural areas.
