为了了解中小学教师教育技术能力培训的实施效果,笔者自制了调查问卷,对河南师范大学培训基地的部分结业学员进行了调查。结果表明,培训的整体效果较好,集中表现在:对教育技术具有正确的认识;对教学设计、教学目标的作用具有正确的认识;对常见的软件和硬件设备掌握和使用较好等。存在的问题是:部分教师对于一些重要理念不够清楚;仍然有25%的教师没有接受过新课程培训;信息技术基础设施还不够完善等。
In order to understand the implementation effect of primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology ability training, the author made a questionnaire and conducted some investigations on some of the graduating students at the training base of Henan Normal University. The results show that the overall effect of training is better, focusing on: a correct understanding of educational technology; correct understanding of the role of instructional design and teaching objectives; and good mastery and use of common software and hardware devices. The problems are: some teachers are not clear enough about some important concepts; there are still 25% of teachers who have not been trained in the new curriculum; and the information technology infrastructure is not perfect enough.
