早在秦汉至隋唐历史时期 ,西部的关中平原、成都平原一带为全国的政治、经济、文化中心 ,科技创新成果率先在此开花结果并不断推陈出新 ,促进了西部经济的辉煌发展。本文分析了汉唐时期西部成为全国的科技创新中心的原因 ,陈述了科技创新的表现 ,进而阐述了科技创新推动了西部农业、手工业的巨大发展 As early as the Qin and Han Dynasties to the Sui and Tang Dynasties historical period, the western Guanzhong Plain and the Chengdu Plain were the political, economic and cultural centers of the whole country.
