Objective To investigate the effects of antihypertensive and soothing exercises on blood pressure and psychological status in patients with critical hypertension. Methods A total of 120 patients with critical hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases each. The control group was trained by walking method, and the observation group was trained by lowering pressure and relieving heart rate. Observed and compared the clinical effect of two groups. Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressures were lower in both groups after training than those before training (P <0.05). The diastolic blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression after training in both groups were better than those before training (P <0.05). The scores of anxiety, anxiety and depression in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Hypotensive Shuqin exercises can be used in patients with critical hypertension, can reduce the patient’s blood pressure and improve the patient’s psychological status, worthy of clinical promotion.
