山东百年电力发展股份有限公司的成立，是2000年电力行业的一大亮点。在“眼球经济”（注意力经济）备受推崇的年代，我们把“百年电力”称之为亮点，理由有四：其一，全国第一家集资办电电厂成功实现了股份制改制，开了“厂网分开”改革试点之先河其二，在改制中有效解决了财务审计与资产评估、产权界定与股权划分两大难题，值得后来者借鉴其三，旗帜鲜明地确定了20年发展的中期目标和建“百年电厂”的长远目标其四，脚踏实地地抓管理，从现在做起，高科开路、技改争先、降低煤耗、提高出力、争取上市，为更好地参与“竞价上网”奠定基础。在发展的大旗下，相信新的一年，电力行业将出现更多的“百年电力”、更多的“亮点”。
The establishment of Shandong Century Power Development Co., Ltd. was a major highlight of the power industry in 2000.
