以马铃薯脱毒苗为材料,于秋季在智能温室进行马铃薯脱毒水培薯诱导试验,不同处理配方结薯数经差异显著性分析,试验误差CV(%)=4.927。区组间差异不显著,处理间差异极显著。马铃薯脱毒水培苗经低温诱导结薯,对照(CK)结薯1 037个/m2,单株结薯0.43个/株,单个薯重1.1g/个。各处理中结薯数最多、薯块最重的为配方6,结水培薯3 500个/m2,与对照比差异极显著,单株结薯为1.46个/株,结薯率比对照(CK)增237.4%;薯块重3.1 g/个。其他处理单株结薯数、平均薯块重均高于对照(CK)处理,试验中9个处理试验结果以配方6的结薯效果最佳。
Taking potato virus-free seedlings as material, potato detoxification water-soluble potato induction test was conducted in autumn in the greenhouse. The difference of the concocted potato tuber number of different treatments was analyzed by the difference, the test error CV (%) was 4.927. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The difference between treatments was extremely significant.
