不同处理方式高粱型日粮对肉鸡生长性能、养分消化、胴体性状及饲养成本的影响

文章旨在评估不同处理方式高粱型日粮对肉鸡生长性能、养分消化及胴体性状的影响.试验将520只平均初始体重接近的肉仔鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复26只,试验日粮分为4组,采用多因素设计,即2种高粱处理方式(膨化和制粒)及2种粉碎粒度(500μm和800μm),分别作为T1~T4组.结果:T1和T2组肉鸡的料重比显著低于T3组(P<0.05).饲喂膨化高粱日粮的肉鸡料重比显著低于制粒组(P0.05).T3和T4组肉鸡赖氨酸表观消化率显著高于T1和T2组(P<0.05),而T1和T3组肉鸡精氨酸表观消化率显著高于T2和T4组(P<0.05).无论高粱粉碎粒度如何,制粒处理高粱日粮赖氨酸表观消化率显著高于膨化处理(P<0.05),同时800μm粉碎粒度的高粱组肉鸡精氨酸表观消化率显著低于500μm粉碎粒度组(P0.05).结论:在本研究条件下,高粱的加工方式和粉碎粒度对肉鸡胴体性状无负面影响,采用膨化处理高粱可以提高肉鸡的饲料效率.
