输卵管肿瘤是少见的妇科肿瘤,其中良性肿瘤较恶性肿瘤更少见。现介绍我院收治的输卵管平滑肌瘤1例。1　临床资料患者,女性,28岁,已孕,29Ｗ+,不规律腹痛1周余为主诉,于1999年6月30日入院。入院产科检查,先露头,已入盆,ＬＯＡ,胎心148～168次/分,有不规律宫缩。Ｂ超提示:胎儿双顶 Tubal tumors are rare gynecological tumors, of which benign tumors are more rare than malignant tumors.
