采用肖计划编制的《应对方式问卷》对338名幼儿教师进行测定。幼儿教师运用的应对因子由多到少依次为:解决问题、求助、幻想、合理化、退避、自责;在应对方式上教师类别不存在显著差异;在求助因子上年龄存在显著差异(35岁以下的青年幼儿教师与36岁以上的幼儿教师有显著差异),其他应对因子差异都不显著。积极的应对方式对维护幼儿教师身心健康意义重大。
