本实验观察对比了白附子炮制前后显微结构和化学性质的变化。结果表明:制白附子粉末显微结构有显著变化,水溶性成分有一定损失。初步的抑制酶试验表明:炮制后抑制作用增强。为寻找生、制白附子的鉴别指标和进一步的深入研究提供了一定参考。
In this experiment, the changes of microstructure and chemical properties before and after concocted with Aconite were studied. The results showed that the microstructure of white aconite powder was significantly changed, and there was a certain loss of water-soluble components. The preliminary inhibition enzyme test showed that the inhibitory effect was enhanced after processing. It provides some reference for the identification of the identification index of the birth and system of Aconite and further study.
