目的:探讨炫速双源CT在左心耳(LAA)解剖结构及毗邻关系评价中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析行冠状动脉扫描的62例窦性心律患者及行左心房增强扫描的21例房颤组患者的临床及影像学资料,观察左心耳与肺静脉的关系,对左心耳各径线进行定量测量,并对两组间数据进行比较。结果:房颤组患者与对照组肺静脉变异率及左心耳与左上肺静脉位置关系比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。房颤组左心耳口部长短径、面积、容积及第一转折角度与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炫速双源CT可以对左心耳各径线进行定量测量,并可清晰显示其相邻解剖结构,对射频消融术及左心耳封堵术具有重要的指导意义。
Objective: To explore the value of Hyun-speed double-source computed tomography (CT) in the anatomic structure of the left atrial appendage (LAA) and its adjacency evaluation. Methods: The clinical data and imaging data of 62 patients with atrial fibrillation undergoing left atrial enhanced scan in 62 patients with sinus rhythm underwent coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed. The relationship between left atrial appendage and pulmonary veins was observed. Quantitative measurements were taken and the data between the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the variability of pulmonary vein and the location of left atrial appendage between the AF group and the control group (P> 0.05). Atrial fibrillation group left atrial appendage short length, area, volume and the first turning angle compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: Hyun-speed dual-source CT can measure the diameters of the left atrial appendage and show the adjacent anatomy clearly. It is of guiding significance for radiofrequency ablation and left atrial appendage occlusion.
