光学元件是高功率大能量强激光系统的基石,光学元件管理上就成为一个重要环节。由于高功率激光系统涉及的光学元件种类多,数量大且参数各异,并且要管理光学元器件的进、出库、各类文字性记录及各种检测数据资料,特别是为了适应今后的光学元件的动态跟踪及全寿命管理的需要,建立一套有效的光学元件管理系统势在必行。为了实现管理的自动化,本文介绍了大型激光装置中光学元件的管理流程,并对相关工作的实现提出了相应的要求。
Optical components are the cornerstone of high-power, high-energy, and powerful laser systems, and optical component management has become an important part. As high-power laser system involves a wide range of optical components, a large number of different parameters, and to manage the optical components into and out of the library, all kinds of text records and a variety of test data, especially in order to adapt to future optical It is imperative to establish an effective optical component management system through dynamic tracking of components and the need of full life management. In order to automate the management, this paper introduces the management process of optical components in large-scale laser devices, and puts forward the corresponding requirements for the realization of related work.
