青冈县中和中学在《学校政治思想道德教育大纲》实验过程中,拟定了分年级的班主任工作系列、共青团工作系列、学校传统节日教育系列和各科教学的思想品德教育系列。实验结果表明:“系列化”是学校思想品德教育的好办法,它不仅把学校的思想品德教育纳入了日程,而且也促进了学校以教学为中心的各项工作的开展。教师们反映:“系列化”安排,使学校政治思想道德教育工作向着科学化、系统化、规范化、制度化迈进了一大步。这里选登其中的两个部分,供实验单位和各中小学校参考。
In the process of experimenting with the Outline of School Political Ideology and Morality Education, the middle school of Qinggang County formulated the class work series of class teachers, the work series of the Communist Youth League, the school traditional festival education series and the ideological and moral education series of various subjects in the course of the experiment. The experimental results show that “serialization” is a good way to carry out ideological and moral education in schools. It not only puts the school’s ideological and moral education on the agenda, but also promotes the teaching-centered work in schools.
