根据丙烷脱沥青蒸发塔腐蚀现状,分析丙烷脱沥青蒸发塔的生产工艺、塔内介质组份、温度以及结构、材质,发现高温硫和环烷酸腐蚀是造成塔内件腐蚀的主要因素。并分析了高温硫和环烷酸腐蚀相互作用的关系。提出从生产工艺注入缓释剂降低硫含量和环烷酸值,从设备制造的角度选择抗高温硫和环烷酸腐蚀的材质,以达到延缓丙烷脱沥青蒸发塔腐蚀的目的。
According to the corrosion status of propane deasphalting tower, the production process of propane deasphalting tower, the composition of media, temperature, structure and material in the tower were analyzed. It was found that the corrosion of high temperature sulfur and naphthenic acid was the main factor causing corrosion of tower inner part. The relationship between high temperature sulfur and naphthenic acid corrosion interaction was also analyzed. Proposed from the production process injection of slow release agent to reduce the sulfur content and naphthenic acid value, from the perspective of equipment manufacturing choice of high temperature sulfur and naphthenic acid corrosion of materials, in order to delay the propane deasphalting evaporation tower corrosion purposes.
