目的调查军区驻岛部队皮肤病发病情况,分析其发病与训练环境、气候条件及卫勤保障的关系。方法采用普查法,对1386例驻岛部队官兵进行皮肤病流行病学调查。结果共检出皮肤病210例,发病率15.15%。变态反应性疾病、皮肤附属器疾病及真菌性皮肤病发病率最高。结论气候潮湿、高强度训练等是驻岛部队皮肤病发生的主要原因,应采取有效科学方法进行防治。 Objective To investigate the incidence of dermatosis in the military units stationed in the island and analyze the relationship between its incidence and training environment, climatic conditions and medical support. Methods The census method was used to investigate the dermatological epidemiology of 1386 troops stationed in the island. Results A total of 210 cases of skin diseases were detected, the incidence rate was 15.15%. Allergic diseases, skin appendage diseases and fungal skin diseases have the highest incidence. Conclusion Climatic wetness and high intensity training are the main causes of skin diseases in the island troops. Effective scientific methods should be taken to prevent and control them.
