目的为提高职业卫生技术服务水平和服务质量,探讨当前职业卫生技术服务机构如何有效开展质量监督。方法按《实验室资质认定评审准则》和《职业卫生技术服务机构管理办法》的要求,对人、机、料、法、环、测、抽和评价报告等因素的质量监督进行具体的探讨。结果通过规范职业卫生技术服务各个环节的质量监督,进一步提升质量监督工作的方法和途径。结论通过开展职业卫生技术服务有效质量监督,及时发现问题和实施改进,从而确保了服务质量。
The purpose is to improve the technical service level and service quality of occupational health and to explore how to effectively carry out quality supervision in the current occupational health service agencies. Methods According to the requirements of Laboratory Accreditation Criteria and Management Methods of Occupational Health Technical Service, the quality supervision of such factors as human, machine, material, method, loop, measurement, pumping and evaluation was discussed in detail. Results By standardizing the quality supervision of all aspects of technical service for occupational health, ways and means of quality supervision can be further improved. Conclusions Quality of service is ensured through effective quality supervision of technical services for occupational health, timely detection of problems and implementation of improvements.
