Think of every phone as a personal touch with your customers and a permanent memory for your customers. Zappos receives thousands of calls and emails daily, and we do see every call or email exchange as an opportunity to create the Zappos brand synonymous with best customer service and customer experience. We operate our call center with the aim of building a brand rather than minimizing costs, which sets our call center apart.
