采用热板法、小鼠醋酸扭体法和小鼠热水缩尾法研究了不同浓度五味子水煎液(10%、30%、90%)的镇痛作用效果,并通过小鼠福尔马林试验研究了五味子的镇痛作用机制。结果表明,一定浓度的五味子水煎液可减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体次数,延长扭体出现的潜伏期和热水所致小鼠缩尾的潜伏期,提高热板所致小鼠舔足的痛阈;在小鼠福尔马林试验中,五味子水煎液可抑制第ΙΙ时相的反应,而对第Ι时相的反应无影响。
The analgesic effect of different concentrations of Schisandra decoction (10%, 30%, and 90%) was studied using the hot plate method, mouse writhing method of acetic acid, and mouse hot water shrinking tail method. Lin test studied the mechanism of analgesic effect of Schisandra. The results showed that a certain concentration of Schisandra decoction can reduce the number of writhing induced by acetic acid in mice, prolong the incubation period of writhing and the incubation period of mice caused by hot water, and improve the pain of mice with hot-spotted feet. Threshold; in the formalin test, Schisandra decoction can inhibit the reaction of the third phase, but has no effect on the reaction of the third phase.
