学校课程管理的点滴思考

一、“副课”教师的尴尬与无奈上学期,我校曾开展全市新教育实验开放周活动。为了全面展示我校在构建幸福课堂、研发卓越课程等方面的行动和收获,我们从国家课程、地方课程、校本课程、班本课程全方位呈现,仅构建幸福课堂课例展示就涵盖了语、数、英、音、体、美、科学、品社、信息技术、写字、主题队会等各级各类课程,两轮共展示15节课。当时想法很单纯——以展示交流为平台,全面锻炼、提升老师业务水平,更好地为教育教学服务。而承担音、体、美、科学、 First, “sub-lesson ” Teachers embarrassed and frustrated last semester, our school has carried out the city’s new education experiment open week activities.
