针对孔庄煤矿7433综放工作面地质和开采技术条件,利用FLAC3D软件建立工作面回采的三维力学计算模型,得到工作面侧向煤体中低应力区范围为10 m,支承压力影响范围为58 m,支承压力高峰位于煤壁内26 m;回采后采空区上部岩梁运动基本稳定时滞后工作面的距离为280~300 m。在此基础上,通过数值模拟软件分别对留设不同尺寸煤柱进行模拟分析,最终确定留设煤柱的最优尺寸为7 m。
According to the geology and mining technical conditions of 7433 fully mechanized caving mining face in Kongzhuang Coal Mine, FLAC3D software was used to establish three-dimensional mechanics calculation model of working face mining. The range of low stress zone in side face coal was 10 m and bearing pressure range was 58 m and the peak pressure of support is within 26 m of the coal wall. After the mining, the movement of the upper rock beam in the goaf is basically stable with a time lag of 280-300 m. On this basis, numerical simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the existence of coal pillars with different sizes respectively. Finally, the optimal size of coal pillars reserved was 7 m.
