目的探讨复方参芪提取物对大鼠力竭运动和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的影响。方法循环流动水自由游泳训练10d,第11天进行力竭运动测试和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、丙二醛水平测定。结果给药组大鼠体重比单纯游泳组分别增加了2.2%、11.9%、23.0%;给药组大鼠沉下前游泳时间比单纯游泳组分别延长了9.1%、24.2%、87.9%,每只大鼠沉下次数(次/10分)分别减少了13.5%、44.1%、79.3%,总游泳时间分别延长了4.3%、8.6%、28.6%;给药组大鼠丙二醛水平比单纯游泳组分别降低了56.9%、71.6%、81.5%,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶水平分别增加了90.9%、352.8%、422.9%。结论复方参芪提取物具有增强运动能力,提高机体抗氧化、抗疲劳能力的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of compound Shenqi extract on exhaustive exercise and glutathione peroxidase in rats. Methods Circulating flow water free swimming training for 10 days, exhausted exercise test and glutathione peroxidase and malondialdehyde levels were measured on the eleventh day. Results The weight of rats in the administration group was increased by 2.2%, 11.9%, and 23.0% respectively compared with that in the simple swimming group. The swimming time in the administration group was 9.1%, 24.2%, and 87.9% longer than that in the simple swimming group respectively. The number of subsidences per rat decreased by 13.5%, 44.1%, and 79.3%, respectively, and the total swimming time increased by 4.3%, 8.6%, and 28.6%, respectively; rats in the administration group had higher levels of malondialdehyde than rats. Swimming group decreased by 56.9%, 71.6%, and 81.5%, respectively, and glutathione peroxidase levels increased by 90.9%, 352.8%, and 422.9%, respectively. Conclusion The compound Shenqi extract has the ability to enhance exercise and improve the body’s ability to resist oxidation and fatigue.
