体面劳动与尊严生活是所有劳动者的共同愿望,是国际劳工组织的奋斗目标,也是当前工会组织与执政党的职责与使命。作者从多年工会工作的实践经验中,思考如何把体面劳动与尊严生活融入到工会工作的实际中,如何在切实履行工会教育、维护、参与、建设职能中为员工实现体面劳动创造条件,如何运用我们现有的职代会制度、集体协商制度、工会劳动保护监督、工会扶贫帮困机制、工会文化建设阵地等现有的体制,为员工体面劳动与尊严生活而不懈努力。
Decent work and dignity life are the common aspirations of all workers, are the goals of the International Labor Organization and are also the duties and missions of the current trade union organizations and the ruling party. From the practical experience of many years of trade union work, the author thinks about how to integrate decent work and dignity into the actual work of trade unions, how to create conditions for employees to achieve decent work in the practical implementation of trade union education, maintenance, participation and construction, and how to use them Our existing system of workers’ congresses, the collective bargaining system, the labor protection supervision of the trade unions, the poverty alleviation mechanism of trade unions and the position of trade union culture building make unremitting efforts for the decent work and dignified life of our employees.
