本文对光身稻培养特性进行了系统研究。结果指出:(1)光身稻的成熟胚培养力极低,其绿苗分化率几乎等于零,为0.7%,但其幼穗培养力则较高,绿苗分化率为44.8%;(2)光身稻的花药愈伤组织出现时间较早,为25天左右,而且愈伤组织诱导率也较高,为7%,但其绿苗分化率很低,仅为0.35%;(3)光身稻的适宜诱导培养基为M_8;(4)花药愈伤组织的干燥预处理能明显提高其绿苗分化率;(5)光身稻后代二倍体的比例较低,而光身稻出现的比例则较高。
In this paper, we studied systematically the cultivation characteristics of phototropism rice. The results showed that: (1) Mogao rice had very low culture ability of mature embryo, its differentiation rate of green seedlings was almost equal to 0, which was 0.7%, but the young ear culture ability was higher, the green plantlet differentiation rate was 44.8%; (2) The photosynthetic callus of Guangtizao appeared earlier, about 25 days, and the callus induction rate was also higher at 7%, but its green plantlet differentiation rate was very low, only 0.35%. (3) The light The suitable induction medium for the body of rice is M_8; (4) The pretreatment of anther callus can obviously improve the rate of green plantlet differentiation; (5) The proportion is higher.
