绩效考核是人力资源管理的重要组成部分,在医院实际运行中,有效的绩效考核是促进医院可持续发展、提高员工积极性和满意度的重要措施。一般来说,医院的绩效考核包括绩效工资分配和质量管理考核两个方面的内容。绩效工资分配是通过采取科学的成本核算方法和绩效工资计算方法达到优化医院收入结构、激励各级各类员工的作用;质量管理考核是通过系统的考核措施对医院各类部门、各级岗位进行考核,达到提高医院管理质量和效率的目的。
