基于传热传质理论,采用ANSYS软件对喂线法球化处理时芯线钢带在铁水中的溶解过程进行了模拟。结果表明:直径为准13mm,钢带厚度为0.4mm的芯线喂入1500K的高温铁水中,即形成0.073mm厚的粘铁层,粘铁层从形成到完全溶解仅需0.063s;当钢带的碳含量为4%时,0.5mm厚的钢带溶解时间是0.3mm厚钢带溶解时间的3倍;计算的喂线速度与工厂实际应用的速度基本一致;得到的最佳喂线速度公式可用于指导实际生产。
Based on the theory of heat and mass transfer, the dissolution process of core strip in molten iron was simulated by ANSYS software. The results show that the core wire with the diameter of 13mm and the strip thickness of 0.4mm is fed into the 1500K high temperature molten iron to form a 0.073mm thick layer of the viscous iron which takes only 0.063s from formation to complete dissolution; When the carbon content of the tape is 4%, the dissolution time of 0.5mm thick steel strip is 3 times of the dissolution time of 0.3mm thick steel strip. The calculated feed line speed is basically the same with the practical application speed of the factory. The optimum feed line speed Formulas can be used to guide actual production.
