一、前言缸套为内燃机中的重要零件之一,由于其服役条件的特点,要求缸套材料必须具备较高的导热性、小的膨胀系数和良好的耐磨性。原来使用的硼磷缸套虽较普通灰口铸铁具有较高的使用寿命,但因其石墨形态呈片状,使其使用寿命的提高受到了一定程度的限制,强度性能降低,易在粗车加工中破裂。而蠕墨铸铁在强度、耐磨性及铸造性能等方面具有较好的综合性能、是理想的缸套材料。我们在镁——钛系复合合金处理蠕墨铸铁的研究工作的基础上,对其耐磨性进行了试验,以期选择比较合适的硼,磷含量及蠕化率。
I. INTRODUCTION Cylinder liner is one of the important parts in internal combustion engine. Due to the characteristics of its service conditions, it is required that the liner material has high thermal conductivity, small expansion coefficient and good wear resistance. The originally used boron-phosphorus cylinder liner has a higher service life than ordinary gray cast iron, but its graphite shape is flaky, which has limited the improvement of its service life, reduced the strength and performance, and is easy to operate in the rough car Cracked during processing. The vermicular graphite cast iron in strength, wear resistance and casting performance has good overall performance, is the ideal liner material. Based on the research work on compacted graphite cast iron with magnesium-titanium composite alloy, we tested the wear resistance of the compacted graphite cast iron in order to select the appropriate boron and phosphorus content and the creep rate.
