目的 探讨舰船环境对口腔幽门螺杆菌(H.py1ori)孳生的作用和对消化性溃疡(PU)的影响。方法 对舰船患PU者60例和非PU者60例进行口腔卫生调查,同时对其使用的牙刷和口腔牙菌斑进行H.pylori-PCR检测,以60名陆地人员作为对照。结果 口腔卫生PU组忧良率仅38.3%,明显低于非PU组(70.0%)和陆地组(73.3%)(P<0.05)。H.pylori-PCR检测发现,牙刷H.pylori阳性率舰船两组分别为56.7%和48.3%,明显高于陆地组35.0%(P<0.05);牙菌斑H.pylori阳性率三组分别为8l.7%,31.7%和36.7%,PU组明显比其他组高(P<0.01),非PU组与陆地组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 舰船环境适于H.pylori在牙刷上孳生,H.pylori在口腔的聚集受口腔卫生的影响,PU的发病可能与口腔H.pylori有关,舰船环境可能是船员PU发病率和复发率高的一个重要原因。
Objective To investigate the effect of warship environment on H. pylori (H. pylori) breeding and the effect on peptic ulcer (PU). Methods Oral hygiene was investigated in 60 patients with PU and non-PU in 60 ships, and the toothbrush and oral plaque used in the study were also performed. pylori-PCR test, with 60 land-based personnel as a control.
