笔者随国防部公共外交与新闻发布研讨交流班的同志去英国研讨交流,了解到英国人具有这样一些媒体观:注重发挥媒体作用,不把记者当敌人,给上战场的军人上媒体培训课,告知什么可以说,什么不能说,让媒体为军事行动服务,争取舆论支持;面对突发危机,不能保持沉默,要正确利用媒体为自己代言,减轻危机所带来的损害和威胁;要善于同媒体打交道,把记者采访过程当成自己演讲的过程,讲好自己的真实故事,掌控话语权,管理好问题。
