采用正交试验法研究了粘结焊剂中高碳铬铁、石墨、钼铁对埋弧堆焊层组织、硬度及耐冲蚀磨损性能的影响规律。堆焊层为亚共晶组织时,硬度低,耐冲蚀磨损性能差;共晶堆焊层硬度高,耐冲蚀性能有所提高;堆焊层为含有少量一次碳化物的过共晶组织时,硬度高,耐冲蚀磨损性能最好;一次碳化物过多时,虽然硬度高,但耐冲蚀磨损性能下降。试验得到了最佳粘结焊剂配方。
The influence of high carbon ferrochromium, graphite and molybdenum iron on the microstructure, hardness and erosion resistance of submerged arc welding surfacing layer was studied by orthogonal test. When the surfacing layer is hypoeutectic, the hardness is low and the erosion and wear resistance is poor; the eutectic surfacing layer has high hardness and erosion resistance; the surfacing layer is a hypereutectic structure containing a small amount of primary carbides , High hardness, erosion-resistant wear the best performance; a carbide too much, although the hardness, but erosion-resistant wear resistance decreased. The best bonding flux recipe was obtained.
