编者按:“八二宪法”已经实施三十周年了。在清末以来的中国立宪史上,这是实施时间最长、运作最为稳定的一部宪法。从纵向的历史比较视野来看,这两个“最”已足以说明过去三十年里中国政治与社会相比以往的巨大进步。在这一点上,中国的宪法学者已经具有高度共识。 Editor’s Note: “The August 2 Constitution” has been in its 30th anniversary. In the constitutional history of China since the end of the Qing dynasty, it was the most prolonged and most stable operation of a constitution. Judging from the longitudinal historical comparative perspective, these two “best” numbers are enough to illustrate the tremendous progress made by Chinese politics and society over the past three decades. At this point, China’s constitutional scholars already have a high degree of consensus.
