在空冷或风冷条件下得到的硬度高达HRC54—58的球墨铸铁,其基体组织主要为“马氏体+残余奥氏体”。这种球铁除具有很高的硬度外,还具有一定的抗拉强度(б_b>52公斤/毫米~2)和冲击韧性(0.6—2.2公斤米/厘米~2)。有可能成为一种新的抗磨材料。这种球铁只含有少量的合金元素,暂称为低合金风冷马氏体球铁。本文主要研究低合金风冷马氏体球铁的金相组织特点,及它在空冷与风冷条件下的临界淬透直径与机械性能,并探讨了利用这种球铁作为抗磨材料的可能性。
In the air-cooled or air-cooled conditions obtained hardness of up to HRC54-58 ductile iron, the matrix is mainly “martensite + retained austenite.” In addition to its high hardness, this ductile iron has a certain tensile strength (б_b> 52 kg / mm2) and impact toughness (0.6-2.2 kgm / cm2).
