首先讨论信息素养研究的时代背景,提出信息素养的概念,并将信息素养的养成看成是一个连贯性、螺旋上升的过程,是一个生命周期。随后对信息素养生命周期的11个阶段进行详细描述,分析从“形成获取信息的渴望”到“使用信息解决问题”再到“保存管理有关信息”的整个信息活动流程中需要具有的信息素养,并提出一些相应的措施以提高每一阶段对应的信息素养。最后,针对全民的信息素养建设提出9条建议。
First of all, it discusses the background of information literacy research and puts forward the concept of information literacy. It regards the cultivation of information literacy as a coherent and spiraling process and a life cycle. After that, the eleven stages of the information literacy life cycle are described in detail, and the whole process of information flow from “the desire to form the information” to “use the information to solve the problem” and then to “save the management related information” Need to have the information literacy, and put forward some corresponding measures to improve the corresponding information literacy in each stage.
