对不同树龄、不同品种苹果缺铁及正常状况下绿叶和黄叶的解剖构造进行比较研究,结果表明,在缺铁失绿状态下,其内部解剖构造发生了相应的变化。缺铁叶栅栏组织细胞排列疏松、细胞变短、外形由棒状变为念珠状,叶绿体数量明显减少、对番红一般呈负反应,中脉维管束下方为无或很少含匀质内含物的薄壁细胞或为含颗粒状内含物的薄壁细胞,输导组织中钙结晶较少。此外,在相同的铁供应条件下,老龄树较幼龄树的解剖构造均表现为发育不良,对此缺铁诊断时应以考虑。叶解剖构造的变化对于判断苹果树缺铁状况具有重要的参考价值。
