The so-called enclave refers to the territories separated by the territory of other countries that are not connected with the main body of the country. There is such a enclave in western Russia, rarely being raised. This is Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea coast. It is not only a enclave, but also the headquarters of Russian Baltic Fleet, which is strategically located naval port. During my studies in Russia from 2002 to 2003, I was impressed by the opportunity to embark on this mysterious land.
