与热力膨胀阀相比,电子膨胀阀应用于陈列柜制冷系统,可以更为精确地控制其柜温及过热度。为进一步减小低温陈列柜制冷系统能耗,文中提出通过改变电子膨胀阀脉冲信号的控制策略以达到节能的目的。通过试验证明:与热力膨胀阀相比,可节能25%;同时可减小系统过热度,提高低温陈列柜制冷系统温度特性。为电子膨胀阀在低温制冷陈列柜中的应用提供参考依据。
Compared with the thermal expansion valve, electronic expansion valve used in showcase refrigeration system, you can more accurately control the cabinet temperature and superheat. In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the refrigeration system in low temperature showcases, this paper proposes to save energy by changing the control strategy of the electronic expansion valve pulse signal. The test proves that: Compared with the thermal expansion valve, it can save 25% of the energy; at the same time, it can reduce the superheat of the system and improve the temperature characteristics of the refrigeration system of the low temperature showcase. It provides a reference for the application of electronic expansion valve in low temperature refrigeration showcases.
