随着我国经济的发展,注重精神享受和感官体验的各种主题餐厅日趋繁荣。主题餐厅的竞争实际上就是一种文化差异化竞争,餐厅主题文化建设的关键,在于如何充分调动各种要素来深化文化特色、突出主题,带给顾客差异化的满足感和文化享受。在进行主题餐厅的整体形象营造时,各专业领域的协作、融合甚至跨界是一种创新有效的思维方式和设计方法,从视觉识别系统与空间环境一体化设计的角度来综合考虑一个主题餐饮品牌项目的设计,是当下主题餐厅文化建设中应重视的课题。
With the economic development in our country, a variety of themed restaurants focusing on spiritual enjoyment and sensory experience have become increasingly prosperous. The competition of themed restaurants is actually a kind of cultural differentiation competition. The key to the construction of the theme culture of restaurants is how to fully mobilize the various elements to deepen the cultural features, highlight the theme, and bring the satisfaction and cultural enjoyment to customers’ differentiation. When creating the overall image of a theme restaurant, collaboration, integration and even cross-border collaboration in various specialized fields are innovative and effective ways of thinking and design.
