目的发现芽孢杆菌菌株XZ7次级代谢产物中amicoumacin类化合物。方法 16S r RNA鉴定菌株XZ7;菌株XZ7液体发酵,溶剂萃取,UPLC-DAD-MS分析amicoumacin类化合物;中压液相和高压液相色谱对化合物389-1和389-2进行分离纯化;根据核磁共振波谱和高分辨质谱数据对化合物389-1和389-2进行化合物结构鉴定。结果芽孢杆菌XZ7产生的amicoumacin类化合物389-1和389-2为已知化合物AI-77-F和AI-77-H。结论菌株XZ7为潜在新amicoumacin类抗生素的产生菌。
Objective To find amicoumacin compounds in secondary metabolites of Bacillus strain XZ7. Methods 16S rRNA was used to identify the strain XZ7. The strain XZ7 was liquid fermented and solvent-extracted. The amicoumacin compounds were analyzed by UPLC-DAD-MS. Compounds 389-1 and 389-2 were separated and purified by medium pressure liquid chromatography and high pressure liquid chromatography. Compound structures 389-1 and 389-2 were identified by resonance spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectral data. Results The amicoumacin compounds 389-1 and 389-2 produced by Bacillus XZ7 were known compounds AI-77-F and AI-77-H. Conclusion Strain XZ7 is a probable new amicoumacin antibiotic-producing bacterium.
