在买方市场条件下,多数企业将其主要的精力和资源投入到了对市场的管理当中,应该说,这种“市场导向”是非常必要的。但是,作为企业的另一个利润源,现场管理在很大程度上被忽视了,这导致了企业绩效的利润空间受到了限制。因此,对现场管理的重视和探讨,将有助于加强企业管理的全面化和现代化水平,提高企业的经营业绩。
Under the buyer’s market conditions, most enterprises put their major energy and resources into the management of the market. It should be said that such “market orientation” is very necessary. However, as another corporate profit source, on-site management has been largely neglected, resulting in limited profit margins for corporate performance.
