农村小学教师职业道德建设中目前还存在敬业精神不够,综合素质不高等问题,导致教师职业道德行为失范的原因在于社会环境对教师的负面影响,教育主管部门管理不科学,以及自身的原因,这就要完善教师职业道德建设的社会机制,净化社会环境,加强教师自身道德建设。 At present, there are still problems such as lack of professionalism and low overall quality in the construction of teachers ’professional ethics in rural areas. The reasons that lead to the failure of teachers’ professional ethics lie in the negative influence of social environment on teachers, the unscientific management of educational departments and their own reasons. We must perfect the social mechanism of teachers ’professional ethics, purify the social environment and strengthen teachers’ own moral construction.
