利用Ｃ１８反相柱，以０．０１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钠（ｐＨ＝２．８）－甲醇（５２：４８）为流动相，用α－萘酚作内标，同时测定蜂王浆制剂中１０－羟基－△２－癸烯酸及其防腐剂──尼泊金乙酯和苯甲酸钠的含量，为控制药品质量提供了依据。
