对目前铁路运输中采用的液压式抗蛇行减震器在实际应用中的特性进行了分析:当列车由直线线路进入曲线线路时,转向架必定随线路径向发生回转,传统的液压式抗蛇行减震器在一定程度上限制了转向架的这种回转,增加了车轮与钢轨以及道岔之间的磨损;加之液压减震器在工作时容易损坏,使用寿命很短.结合铁路运输设备的特点,提出了非接触式电磁减震技术在刚性转向架抗蛇行运动中的应用:通过闭合电磁铁电路的形式解决直、曲线线路转向架回转问题.
