《管理心理学》课程是研究管理领域中人的心理行为规律的一门综合应用性学科,教学内容因密切结合时代趋势和学生实际,教学方法上灵活多变,将传统的讲授式与现代的启发式、探究式相结合,才能取得良好的教学效果。因此,《管理心理学》课程的改革应该侧重于教学内容体系、教学方式转变、考核体系改革三个层面。
The course of “Management Psychology” is a comprehensive applied discipline that studies the psychological and behavioral laws of people in the field of management. Due to the close combination of the trend of the times and the students’ actuality and the flexible teaching methods, the teaching content combines the traditional teaching and the modern Heuristic, combination of inquiry, in order to achieve good teaching results. Therefore, the reform of “Management Psychology” curriculum should focus on the teaching content system, teaching methods, assessment system reform at three levels.
