气体雾化金属熔体是喷射沉积快速凝固工艺中的一个关键过程,研究气体雾化过程对改善喷射沉积材料的组织和性能有着重要意义。通过对三种不同结构的气动雾化器气体流场进行实验研究,着重考察了雾化器结构、雾化压力等因素对雾化过程气体流场的影响规律。
Gas atomized metal melt is a key process in the rapid solidification process of spray deposition. It is of great significance to study the gas atomization process to improve the microstructure and properties of spray deposited materials. Through the experimental study on the gas flow field of three different structures of the atomizer, the influence of atomizer structure, atomization pressure and other factors on the gas flow field in the atomization process is emphatically studied.
