汽车工业是大批生产的典型企业。它的加工设备已日趋完备。在自动化生产中,不仅有切削加工,而且还有测量或检验、小整形、焊接和装配等。这些加工设备常常是多种多样的,也是比较长的。然而为了不使设备无限制地延长,因而,将彼此相联的设备分成若干工段。 这些工段连接起来就构成自动线;有时也称为自动线系统。这种自动线比刚性连接的自动线具有更大的灵活性。各段借助相应连接元件,可以任意排列(阶梯、分层、封闭)。
Automotive industry is a typical large-scale production enterprises. Its processing equipment has become increasingly sophisticated. In automated production, not only cutting, but also measurement or inspection, small plastic, welding and assembly. These processing facilities are often varied and relatively long. However, in order not to extend the equipment indefinitely, the equipment associated with each other is divided into sections. These sections are connected to form an automatic line; sometimes also called an automatic line system. This automatic line has more flexibility than rigid lines. The sections can be arranged randomly (steps, delaminations, closures) with the aid of the corresponding connecting elements.
