目的:探讨在感染病科肺结核患者康复护理中开展患者自我管理教育的价值。方法:以医院感染病科收治的50例肺结核患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组实施传统护理;观察组在对照组的基础上实施自我管理教育。比较两组的焦虑和抑郁评分、护理质量满意度、自我护理能力、健康知识及治疗依从性等。结果:观察组焦虑和抑郁评分与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05),自我护理能力、健康知识及治疗依从性亦明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自我管理教育有助于提高肺结核患者的自我管理意识,促进其身心康复。
Objective: To explore the value of patient self-management education in the rehabilitation nursing of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: Fifty patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to the department of nosocomial infection were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group implemented traditional nursing; the observation group implemented self-management education based on the control group. The anxiety and depression scores, satisfaction with nursing quality, self-care ability, health knowledge and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and self-care ability, health knowledge and treatment compliance were also significantly higher In the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Self-management education helps to raise the self-management awareness of patients with tuberculosis and promote their physical and psychological recovery.
