目的:研究南美蟛蜞菊的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过ESI-MS、1HNMR、13C-NMR等波谱方法确定化合物结构。结果:从南美蟛蜞菊中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:丁香脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、松脂素-4-磺酸基(2)、松脂素-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、1H-吲哚-3-羧酸(4)、1H-吲哚-3-醛基(5)、2,6-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯酚-1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:化合物1~7均为首次从蟛蜞菊属植物中分离得到,化合物4对α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性具有显著抑制作用。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Scutellaria barbata in South America. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by ESI-MS, 1HNMR and 13C-NMR spectra. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the southern barley plants and identified as follows: syringomycin-4-O-β-D-glucoside (1) (3), 1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid (4), 1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde (5), 2,6-dimethoxy-4- Hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucoside (6), 3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucoside (7). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 to 7 are isolated from the genus Ulndra for the first time, and compound 4 has a significant inhibitory effect on the activity of α-glucosidase.
