对使用流化床竖管系统干式分选细颗粒的可能性进行了探索性研究。试验系统包括:一个恒定直径和可调高度的竖管、可选择的内环和给定的试验混合物。当流化床的给料质量通量合适时获得了良好的分选效果。需要进一步对该分选过程进行优化,使其在商业上成功应用。
An exploratory study of the possibility of dry separation of fine particles using a fluidized bed standpipe system was conducted. The test system consisted of a vertical tube of constant diameter and height, an optional inner ring and a given test mixture. A good separation result is obtained when the feed mass flux of the fluidized bed is suitable. This sorting process needs to be further optimized to make it commercially successful.
